I've been a tad busy lately with life and studying and have been slowly doing some scrapping here and there, I have not had chance to enter a competition for so e time, and this month over at scrap the girls I thought I would give it a go. The theme is winter colours such as blues, browns, reds etc. so here is my submission, :) T F L. Simone oxo

A Christmas card of course
So today was one of those days, I had to sit nearly all day, looking out for my very very sick old doggie and trying to force him to rest, but everytime I move he moves with me, so I decided to go play in the craft room, so he would be forced to just sit, and hopefully fall asleep!
So here is my share .....
On the inside I have created a snowflake border using the Martha Stewart Alpine Snowflake, edger and border punch, the little snowflakes it punched out I added to the flower cluster. Very small and fiddly but I think added that little extra
Here is a sneak of the inside, I have left it so that you cannot see too much as I have already written inside it, and I just know the special receiver of this card will be reading ;) hush hush shhhhh!
and here is my big spotty baby, finally resting / passed out from his meds, he is such a stubborn one, but I love him and his brother dearly and will do anything to ensure he is ok.

Bit hard to see from the picture, but the close up below might show a little better, once again with the punched out leftover snowflakes from the border I have clustered and layered randomly, topped with some bling, just to to give the extra texture effect

Thanks for looking everyone, hope you like the christmas share ! | TTFN ! Simone oxo |

Scrapping nanna
Just downloaded the new blogger iPhone app and thought I would have a go at loading a post from my phone - here's hoping its much easier than the emailing method ! Lol.
So I am sharing a layout of my Nanna to add to my family album. Miss her it's been 30 years plus since she has shifted into heaven, but I am sure she is smiling down on us still oxo

White with 1 !
Pale Blue + white + flags
So I got the texture paste out and created some fluffy clouds and a page frame / border.
I then added a little Opal Dust to the louds to give them that shimmer effect, a touch of glimmermist , muslin & some magic :)
